Following exhaustive on-site spatial and workflow audits, SGH engineered a mirrored bar blueprint distributing undercounter refrigeration symmetrically along both flanks of the forward island bar. Paired with each undercounter cooler is a fully integrated custom cocktail station engineered for maximum ergonomic efficiency during high-volume mixology operations. To reliably handle extreme peak-hour guest footfall, we configured multi-tier SUS 304 stainless steel speed rails, insulated ice wells, and dry storage cabinets, empowering bartenders to execute rapid order cycles flawlessly.
